Experience and Skills3+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally at an early-stage company (under $50m revenue)Collaboration and relationship building: Needs to be able to partner with and extract information from across the organization and gain buy-in from other teams.Performance Marketing: Data-driven and ability to measure and scale paid and organic programs.Martech and Marketing Operations: Experience working with automation, CRM and - ideally - digital ad tools.Events: Experience or interest in managing execution of company trade show attendance, webinars, customer dinners and our own user conference.Solution and Results-Oriented: Able to identify and execute on optimization opportunities.Execution-focused: Needs to set and adhere to aggressive project timelines and deliver a high velocity outbound communication program.Core DutiesBuild customer communications strategy focused on upsell and retention to incorporate:
Cross-sell plan to ensure a customer never says “I didn’t know you did that”Features and content promotion mapping to the long-term company vision.Community building and engagement.
Campaign management:
Multi-channel execution of campaigns across:
Email marketingTrade showWebinarsInitially, paid digital marketing campaigns as we ramp.
Build and execute customer advocacy program:
Partner with CSM team to develop multi-format customer advocacy content that maps to the entire product portfolio and vision (i.e. case studies, written and video testimonials, webinars etc.)
Reporting:
Assist CMO in providing regular updates on marketing performance to marketing team, the organization at large, the leadership group and board (e.g. reporting on campaign/content engagement, funnel conversion etc.).
