RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and update content on our website using Contentstack, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all pages.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure content aligns with business goals and brand guidelines.Create and optimize email content using Marketo, including copywriting, formatting, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.In conjunction with the Analytics team, monitor website performance metrics to identify opportunities for content optimization and enhancement.Adhere to and execute on content calendars developed by the Marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of content updates and campaigns.Conduct content audits and quality assurance checks to maintain a high standard of content integrity and user experience.Support ad-hoc content requests from various stakeholders, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and deadlines.Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed for content creation and production.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience as a Content Manager, web publisher, or similar role, preferably in a B2C marketing environment.Proficiency in Contentstack and Marketo platforms, with hands-on experience in content management and email marketing.Strong understanding of SEO principles, information architecture, and best practices for website content optimization.Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.Highly organized, with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content strategy and optimization.Experience with HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills are a plus.Self-started, self-managed, and a team player.
