Summary:
The
Digital Marketing Specialist
will assist all aspects of Club Glove Marketing activities and product launches, from planning, launch and GTM strategies, to content development and execution. Support the Sales & Marketing strategic objectives & activities for Club Glove. Support the execution of the brand vision and service excellence across all channels and platforms.
Responsibilities:Engagement & Brand Marketing Digital Engagement
Support the GTM calendar for CG product launches, ensuring product content accuracy and deployment across all digital interfaces. Including product specifications, pricing, copy, photography and other critical launch elements.Manage and execute organic social calendar inclusive of content management (external assets), content capture (video and copy), community management, user generated content & influencer seeding.Assist in developing strategic, creative and media direction to continue to grow the CG brand and products. Marketing Collateral.Project management of annual catalog, working closely with creative agency, graphic design team and printing vendor.Support the creation of engaging Trade Show & Trunk Show graphics & displays Asset Management & Content Creation .Work closely with creative agency to produce, version, manage, and store/archive all assets and ensure accurate product photography and content across all internal asset management platforms.Assist in photo shoot preparation & execution with our creative agency partners, coordination both pre, during & post shoot Retail Merchandising.Partner with key accounts to create engaging retail merchandising displays that drive brand awareness and sell thru.Execute digital retail marketing strategy and key initiatives that align with the annual engagement plan.Key account liaison to ensure premium Club Glove presence, positioning and consistent messaging across all digital platforms (Amazon, PGATSS, DSG/GG, WWG, etc.)
Vendor Relations & Key Events Vendor Invoice Management.
Manage all vendor invoice communication and approval setup within our internal system. Document and track payment status and summarize monthly. Meetings & Events.Coordination of all CG related team events, trade shows & key account visits. Including leading our PGA Show efforts.
Sports Marketing & Product Seeding.
Coordinate CG Tour Program w/ CG Tour Rep, facilitating orders and sending summarized reports to CG Management team upon request.PoC for all key program or partnership order management - Collegiate Support Program, VIP's, Media, Influencers, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing within a consumer-facing business required; this individual will have applicable experience in Brand & Digital Marketing, with a passion for developing creative content for a brand.Experience executing digital engagement plans across Social, Email, eComm/Retail platforms required.Experience working on cross functional teams to drive internal process and strategy improvement required.Must have hands-on experience shooting, editing, copywriting, and/or design for a digitally focused or consumer-facing brand.Familiarity with brand strategy, media planning, and influencer programs strongly preferred.Working knowledge of the golf marketplace and the game of golf preferred.This position requires domestic travel.Must be able to lift 30 lbs.Exceptional attention to detail, creative thinking, project management and organization skills.Self-starter that's capable of working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a levelheaded strategic approach that aligns with the Business objectives.Strong understanding of existing and emerging digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snap, etc.) and of the metrics that drive value in an eCommerce business preferred.Experience or passion to learn creative platforms (Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
