Social Media Coordinator!
POSITION SUMMARY
The
Social Media Coordinator
maintains a vibrant social media presence for all company brands. Works closely with the facility business development director to create and implement inventive marketing campaigns to increase customers engagement and attract new users both through social media and other marketing channels.
Responsibilities include but not limited:Support in building our hospital brands on various platforms, developing engaging content around hospital services , seasonal campaigns, FAQs, and brand partnerships.Plan, create, execute paid social media advertising campaigns.Monitor and respond to social media posts and direct messages.Implement social media strategy across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.Assist in sourcing new talent for all brand segments.Engage with online communities relevant to behavior heallth services.Track and analyze customer feedback and sentiment on social media channels.Ridgeview Institute

Located on a 37-acre wooded campus in the city of Smyrna, GA on the outskirts of Atlanta, Ridgeview Institute provides a safe, caring environment with Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers, Counselors, Activity Therapists and Mental Health Technicians. Treatment services include inpatient and outpatient services and aftercare.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic/Multimedia, Communications & Public Relations or Associates degree supported by equivalent experience preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years marketing experience with proven knowledge and experience in the social media environment. Healthcare experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements : Intimate experience and understanding of business applications of social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook and Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Instagram, as well as Google Analytics. Vision, creativity, and the desire to help make social media improve business results. Work quickly and efficiently with limited oversight. Ability to work some nights, weekends if needed. Some travel may be required. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written communication skills. Articulate and able to write blogs related to behavioral healthcare, preferred. Self-motivated and result-driven. Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop/Adobe Suite software is required including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing tactics and strategies. Ability to identify and capitalize on social media trends/movements. Able to generate leads for our brand.
