Overview of Position:
Supports the corporate MarCom team on all aspects of industry trade show and event coordination, managing editorial calendar (text/content creation, visuals, supporting items) of all external and internal social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage trade show, event, sponsorship, advertising, and conference panel presence for all national, state, and local presence.
Budget, track and manage spend at 50+ trade shows annually to ensure we are well represented and within our financial budget parameters. Negotiate with organizations to maximize Transdev presence and meet internal stakeholder expectations.
Manage trade show presence as a strategic communications channel with close coordination with other MarCom team members.
Manage and track customized editorial calendars for all social media channels soliciting feedback and contributions from team members in regular “storywheel” meetings
Propose, gather or create visual supports to accompany all social content
Ensuring strong adherence to the Transdev brand and voice for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, Viva Engage, etc)
Tracking, monitoring, and following relevant stakeholders across social media channels
Using key performance indicator data from our press and social media monitoring platforms to update and continuously improve content calendars.
Other duties as required.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or a related subject required
Experience:
Field and years of experience required: Three or more years relevant work experience in a corporate environment.
Experience preferred:
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Knowledge of social media tracking tools and web development tools
Experience managing social media editorial calendars
Experience managing trade shows, events or other detailed project management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Skills and Knowledge Preferred:
Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent) 20%

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
