Things You’ll Do Here
:
Audit Assigned Datasets:
Routinely conduct thorough audits of assigned datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with national standards.Learn and Implement Content Team Processes:
Actively engage in learning sessions to understand and efficiently implement team processes related to data management and auditing.Collaborate with Team Members:
Work closely with Content Coordinators, Content Analysts (Levels I – II), and Content Auditors (Levels I – II) to enhance data quality and process workflows.Ensure Compliance:
Maintain strict compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as national healthcare regulations.Support Team and Perform Related Duties:
Provide support to the content team and perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to team efforts and organizational goals.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
:
1+ year of experience in data analysisExperience working with data analysis software and tools such as healthcare coding systems and MS Excel proficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex healthcare policies and payment systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to internal and external partners.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and new technologies related to data management and healthcare policies.
