We are seeking a driven Marketing/Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IVF/Fertility sector within the Medical industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in IVF/Fertility to drive business growth and market penetration.

This role will require a blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust business development strategies to drive growth and profitability in the IVF/Fertility sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and engage potential clients to expand the company’s market share.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness in the IVF/Fertility market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, healthcare providers, and potential clients in the IVF/Fertility sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to ensure the company’s competitiveness in the IVF/Fertility sector.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, sales results, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Ideally a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development and marketing within the IVF/Fertility sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the IVF/Fertility sector, including market trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and industry partners.
