We care, we're honest, and we hustle—that's what makes us Clutch.Clutch is looking for a Digital Marketing Director with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.Responsibilities:Lead digital strategy aligned with business goals.Centralize digital expertise for the H&B division.Guide social media strategy and KPIs.Optimize customer journey and brand experiences.Champion best-in-class customer experience through marketing automation and lead nurturing.Execute customer journey mapping and measure ROI.Manage digital vendor partners and internal resources.Develop guidelines for digital content marketing.Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends.Define and measure KPIs for digital initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy.Requirements:Ability to develop and execute strategies.Expertise with digital marketing tools.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in regulated pharmaceuticals.Agency experience strongly preferred!Proven success in developing digital strategies.Adaptability to a multicultural environment.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Experience leading Agile teams.Understanding of user-centered design methodologies.Experience with design thinking and prototyping.Understanding of digital marketing considerations in regulated industries.
