As the Client Partner, Video, you will develop revenue-driving opportunities and partnerships focused on Roblox’s major growth area: video. You should have the skills to deliver revenue growth, meet targets, and manage external partnerships. Success in this role requires being motivated, collaborative, strategic, and creative. This is a fast-paced, agency and client-facing role that demands industry expertise and proven experience in leading, developing, and driving innovative partnerships. You will need to wear multiple hats daily, leveraging your creative start-up mindset to build revenue streams, and your experience from larger ad businesses to negotiate and manage partnerships.
This full-time position is based in New York and reports to the Head of Immersive Media Solutions.
You Will
- Establish Roblox’s video and programmatic sales operation, including:
- Supporting sales efforts, media planning, client calls, and revenue strategies as an internal video and programmatic sales expert and product specialist.
- Leveraging your relationships with Video investment leads and agency leadership to open doors for our team.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in selling video, programmatic video, and rewarded video.
- Deep relationships and experience with at least two major media holding companies.
- Knowledge of advertising ecosystems including social media, mobile apps, digital, and brand marketing.
- Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain sophisticated strategic partnerships while exceeding sales goals.
- Proven success as a creative deal maker.
- Experience in gaming video sales is a plus.
