Position Overview : We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Growth Marketing Analyst to help drive growth analytics projects for a high impact client. In this role, you will focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention for B2C apps, analyzing complex datasets to uncover user behavior patterns, identify growth opportunities, and enable data-informed marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and passionate about understanding user journeys, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to fuel exponential growth. Roles and Responsibilities: User Acquisition Analysis: Analyze performance of various user acquisition channels to identify effective strategies. Develop and monitor KPIs such as CPA, LTV, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and onboarding flows. Identify and explore new channels to reach target audiences. Engagement and Retention Analysis: Define and analyze key engagement and retention metrics. Understand user cohorts and their journeys to identify patterns for long-term engagement. Collaborate with product team to translate insights into improvements and features. Design experiments to increase engagement and reduce churn. Data Analysis and Insights: Use SQL and visualization tools to explore datasets and generate insights. Build dashboards and reports to track growth metrics. Deep-dive into user segments and features to understand impact on growth. Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Marketing Campaign Support: Work with marketing to define targeting strategies and measure campaign impact. Provide data-driven recommendations for messaging and segmentation. Analyze marketing initiatives' effectiveness. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in SQL. Experience with analytics/visualization tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc. Understanding of A/B testing methodologies. Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). Non-Technical Skills: Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Attention to detail. Qualifications: Bachelor's in a quantitative field. 2-4 years in growth marketing, analytics, or similar roles. Proven track record of driving user growth.
