We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Visualization Engineer to join our team. As a company dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, we are looking for an individual who can contribute to the development of data-driven dashboards for monitoring and optimizing our manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for engineering and data analysis to make a significant impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into our fabrication and manufacturing processes. Your primary focus will be collecting and manipulating data, then creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards using Ignition (Inductive Automation) software. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and IT, to gather requirements for dashboard development. Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards using Ignition and Rockwell platforms. Utilize programming languages such as Python or SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the dashboards. Customize and configure dashboards to display real-time data, including production rates, equipment performance, quality metrics, and other relevant KPIs. Work closely with end-users to gather feedback and iterate on the dashboards to ensure they meet requirements and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the IT team to integrate dashboards with existing systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dashboard development, data visualization, and manufacturing technologies to suggest and implement innovative solutions.
