THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE UP TO 80% TRAVEL

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Provide daily reporting to the Project Management team
2. Install a wide variety of technology into clients' existing and new build project sites
3. Cable Management
4. Plan layout and install all 1st fix hardware including bracketry and ceiling speakers, ensuring contractual requirements are met
5. Have knowledge of low voltage electrical concepts
6. Possess basic carpentry and/or installation skills
7. Use power tools safely and proficiently
8. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
9. Travel as needed to other sites for project support and/or installations

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

1. Experience with Crestron, Extron, QSYS, or Cisco
2. Understanding of Signal Flow
3. Knowledge of AV rack building to AVIXA standards
4. Experience with AV cabling and terminating connectors
5. Agility and a strong sense of urgency
6. Responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in customer interactions
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with independent thinking
8. Engagement in technical development
9. Willingness and ability to travel globally
10. Good organization and time management skills
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
13. Flexibility and adaptability to change
14. Motivated team player
15. Valid driver’s license

PREFERRED SKILLS:

1. 1-3 years’ experience in AV/VC industry
2. Knowledge of Signal flow
3. Experience with AV installation and Cisco, Extron, Crestron, QSYS
4. AVIXA CTS/CTS-I Certification preferred
5. OSHA 10/30/SST Certification highly preferred

Pay Range: $29—$37 USD
