Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

We are seeking a full-time Audio Visual Technician to work at The Salamander Resort, Middleberg, VA. This role offers a salary between $22.00 and $26.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up, and strike audio-visual equipment, maintaining updated inventory records.
• Track inventory and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Operate AV equipment with a thorough understanding of signal flow and specifications.
• Identify equipment shortages, prepare orders, and suggest substitutions.
• Maintain open communication with management.
• Adhere to strict guidelines and schedules.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally, following grooming and attire policies.
• Maintain respectful relationships with clients and hotel staff.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Protect company equipment and report damages promptly.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with audio-visual technology.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds independently.
