UX Designer with Salesforce JSR Tech Consulting
Join to apply for the UX Designer w/ Salesforce role at JSR Tech Consulting. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver human-centered products and services for Marketing organizations. You will analyze, plan, map, and create valuable, contextually accurate experiences that are simple and intuitive for customers to use. You will see and own the end-to-end journey and the detailed outcomes, in a fast-paced environment, while helping transform end-to-end product and service conversion and acquisition models.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and identify where separate interactions come together to meet those needs.
- Arrange separate interactions into rational screens, user flows, and digital touch-points for the product.
- Identify commonalities across experiences to realize new product opportunities.
- Apply Human Centered Design framework and design targeted improvements that accommodate new and refined processes and deliverables.
- Create and rapidly iterate interactive prototypes aligned with task, scenario, and journey.
- Identify and design new cross-functional design patterns and standards.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders; present design decisions and ensure coverage of all touch-points.
- Lead design thinking, lean canvases, workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative activities.
- Analyze failures in existing experiences and translate root causes into solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within existing services.
Qualifications
- Salesforce experience and 3+ years in a Product Design, UX, or equivalent role.
- Agency and/or corporate environment experience.
- Solid experience with: wireframing, sketching, prototyping, sitemapping, data visualization and communication, workshop facilitation, visual UI design, user flows, experience mapping, research, user testing, and experience strategy.
- Ability to explain design ideas clearly to diverse audiences; ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and across multiple business units; autonomous collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong information architecture, taxonomy, language, and content matrix understanding.
- Design-related degree or relevant experience; experience in lean and/or agile environments.
- Basic front-end development integration knowledge; ability to translate outputs into compelling written presentations.
- Competencies: collaboration, continuous improvement, decisive decision-making, leadership and communication, empathy, curiosity, storytelling, and the ability to tie design to business outcomes.
