This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate marketer to make a significant impact in a responsive, evolving organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to maximize brand awareness and generate leads.Develop, write, and edit compelling marketing content for various online and offline platforms such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.Design and modify presentations, brochures, icons, infographics, trade event signage, and other sales and marketing materials.Manage assigned marketing projects, including developing timelines and lists of deliverables.Assist with the design of email templates, web landing pages, list development, and management.Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).Support the Digital Marketing Manager with social media posts, analytics, and campaign tracking.Work cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts, Business Development, Product Development, and Account Management teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support customer retention and growth.Coordinate and manage events, and provide support for live and recorded webinars.Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.Ensure sales and marketing collateral and information-sharing platforms are current.Lead and manage sales enablement activities to empower the team by providing resources, content, and tools. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to create tailored sales training materials, generating engagement with new sales collateral, equipping the sales force with competitive insights and market trends, and gathering feedback to assess the effectiveness of initiatives for continuous improvement.Create simple multimedia content, such as short videos with graphics, b-roll, and imagery with voiceovers.Assist with website maintenance, including updating news, press releases, speaking engagements, and downloadable documents, while ensuring content consistency.Required Skills and KnowledgeSolid understanding of basic marketing principles, including concepts such as target audiences, brand messaging, and marketing mix, as well as a strong grasp of best practices in marketing strategy development.Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging different audiences and conveying complex information in a clear, concise manner.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, with experience in using these tools to create compelling visuals, designs, and videos aligned with MedAire's brand guidelines.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, facilitating seamless integration of marketing content into websites, email templates, and other digital platforms.Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Suite of products, focused on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, enabling efficient document creation, data analysis, and presentation design.Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with strong attention to detail, ensuring the production of accurate, polished, and error-free marketing content.Familiarity with search engines, business research tools, web analytics platforms, and social media tools, enabling data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.Knowledge of website content management and experience in using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Marketing Automation Systems (Eloqua or similar) to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer engagement.Proactive teamwork with the ability to articulate ideas, roadblocks, and project statuses, fostering collaborative problem-solving and ensuring smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.Required CompetenciesFlexibility and Adaptability:
