Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services to meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Multimedia Systems Engineer - TS/SCI for an exciting opportunity located in Pentagon (Arlington, VA).
Job Responsibilities
ESM seeks a full-time Multimedia Systems Engineer - TS/SCI with the following capabilities and qualifications. The primary responsibility is VTC troubleshooting, with knowledge of Crestron and AMX technologies. Employee responsibilities include:
- Providing on-site support in the AV/VTC Engineering Team supporting the 844th Communications Group primarily at the Pentagon, with occasional satellite support at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and Joint Base Andrews.
- Experience with MS Teams, Crestron, BiAmp, ClearOne, Cisco, AMX, and other VTC technologies.
- Troubleshooting system operational problems and performing fault isolation.
- Repairing, replacing, and reprogramming faulty equipment as needed.
- Providing client consultation and training on control interfaces and AV/VTC equipment usage.
- Drafting SOP documents for local presentation and VTC operations.
- Conducting site surveys to establish customer requirements and generating Bill of Materials for AV/VTC systems and equipment.
- Leading integration, testing, and installation of new facilities in classified and unclassified environments.
- Acting as equipment custodian and managing inventory assets.
- Providing lifecycle refresh projections for AV/VTC infrastructure and equipment build-out projects.
- Performing routine performance testing to ensure optimal operation of VTC and conference room equipment, servers, and workstations.
- Evaluating, designing, documenting, installing, testing, maintaining, operating, updating, and modifying video teleconferencing systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Active Driver's License (willing to serve as backup driver for equipment delivery)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong team skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-organizational environment
- Strong dedication to quality customer service
- Problem-solving skills, including quick diagnosis of system issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, seeking help when necessary

Minimum Education, Training, and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience, current Security+CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and ability to attain Crestron Digital Certified Engineer or Crestron Certified Programmer certifications within 6 months.
- Alternatively, a master's degree with 3-5 years of experience and certification attainment within 1 year, or no degree with 10 years of relevant experience and certifications.
