Your Role
As the Store Visual Manager, Visual Excellence, you will implement the visual strategy within your flagship store and report to the Director, Visual Merchandising. You will lead the execution of seasonal directives, concepts, merchandising guidelines, styling, and standards, along with brand partner installations. You will develop the visual stylists to create an inspiring environment, contributing to our client experience, and collaborate with various teams to increase sales, productivity, and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Develop the store visual stylists by providing clear direction, reviewing work quality, and offering feedback and recognition. Maintain current signage, mannequin presentations, weekly beauty setups, and photo assignments.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent for future growth in partnership with the Visual Director.
- Promote a customer-centric culture through store performance and collaboration.
- Build relationships across organizational levels, including store and corporate teams, brand experience, sales, and operations.
- Work with regional visual teams to complete seasonal and creative directives.
- Oversee daily store standards, including signage, loss prevention, floor maintenance, and stock fill, in partnership with store leaders and brand partners.
- Ensure adherence to brand merchandising guidelines, including floor sets, photo reviews, and daily maintenance.
- Manage the visual supply budget for store supplies and projects with the Sr RPSO.
- Meet calendar deadlines and participate in weekly walkthroughs and leadership meetings.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to partner across all organizational levels and support improvement opportunities
- Operational problem-solving skills and experience with large-scale projects
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
