About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Automation Tester with a strong background in test automation, agile methodologies, and modern testing frameworks. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications by designing and executing robust automated test solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment and contribute both as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) and an individual contributor. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Selenium-WebDriverIO and JavaScript. Implement automated tests for APIs and front-end applications using tools like NodeJS, Jenkins, and GitLab. Collaborate with developers and QA engineers in Agile teams to achieve In-Sprint automation. Utilize Allure Reports, Jira, Xray, and Confluence for test management and reporting. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and drive solutions. Follow object-oriented programming principles to build reusable and maintainable test code. Support continuous integration and delivery processes through automation best practices. Ensure high quality in all deliverables and actively participate in design and code reviews. What We’re Looking For 10–12 years of experience, with a primary focus on test automation. Hands-on experience in Selenium-WebDriverIO, JavaScript, and NodeJS. Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, API Testing, Allure Reports, and Agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and automation framework development. Ability to work independently as an SDET and drive testing initiatives end to end. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Playwright automation, GCP, and database automation is a plus. Experience in the insurance domain is a strong advantage.
