Position Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic User Interface Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining graphical user interfaces as well as designing displays for temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
This is not a remote position. Local applicants preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining graphical user interfaces.
- Designing graphical displays for Building Automation Systems.
- Integrating system documentation into a user interface.
- Assisting in graphics resource scheduling and time management.
- Maintaining graphics library and graphics standards.
- Adhering to all Setpoint Systems Corporation and customer safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- 2+ years of web design experience.
- Associate degree or 4 years of professional design experience.
Desired Qualifications include:
- Motivated, collaborative, trusting, open-minded, innovative, detail-oriented, and eager to tackle challenges.
- Associated degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical training.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral).
Preferred Credentials:
- HTML/HTML5
- Photoshop
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Building Automation experience
Extensive product training will be provided and required.
