The role is responsible for supporting candidate engagement and retention throughout the entire application process.

Essential Functions

Enhance candidate engagement and retention by maintaining a high-touch approach, ensuring timely responses to candidates within 3 business days of the entire application process.

Accountable for the sourcing talent and recruitment process for open positions with a focus on the company’s operational needs.

Coordinate screening & interviews, create candidate profiles, and develop scorecards to streamline recruitment and onboarding procedures.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, from offer letters to initial training, to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Proficient in HR and/or Hiring platforms. i.e. (Paylocity, Indeed, and etc.)

15% Travel required for potential final interviews and employee orientation.
