Elicit, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements related to U.S. and Mexico import/export compliance.\nCollaborate with trade compliance, logistics, customs, legal, and IT stakeholders to validate and refine requirements.\nTranslate regulatory and operational needs into clear functional and non-functional system requirements.\nEvaluate existing and candidate trade compliance software platforms against documented requirements.\nAssess solution capabilities such as automated classification, origin determination, USMCA qualification, broker integration, and compliance reporting.\nIdentify gaps, risks, integration considerations, and process impacts.\nDevelop comparative analyses, scorecards, and executive-ready summaries.\nProvide data-backed recommendations and support stakeholder decision-making through presentations and workshops.\nTechnical Skills Required:

With over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, you must demonstrate strong expertise in the following areas:\nTrade compliance and global trade systems\nU.S.Mexico import/export regulations, including customs, tariffs, and trade agreements (USMCA)\nRequirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation\nEvaluation or implementation of trade compliance software (GTM, customs, or trade management platforms)\nRisk assessment, gap analysis, and solution comparison\nQualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher\n5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with direct experience in trade compliance or global trade systems\nAdvanced English proficiency\nExcellent communication skills, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive mindset\nAbility to work independently in outcome-focused engagements\nLocation & Schedule:
