General Description:
The Creative Coordinator is pivotal in designing club collateral such as publications, digital marketing pieces, menus, etc., while supporting various communications projects, including website design and edits, newsletter management, and social media assistance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Functions:
Design & Production
Create visually appealing club collateral including, but not limited to, magazines and newsletters, menus, digital marketing pieces, informational flyers and posters, event invitations, website templates, etc.Attend select club events to capture engaging media content and photographsEnsure all designs align with the club’s branding guidelinesCollaborate with the Communications Director and department heads to maintain brand consistency across the clubCommunications Support
Routinely update and maintain the club’s website with current informationGather, write, and curate content for newsletters and other club marketing emails, ensuring timely and accurate distributionSupport social media efforts by creating posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiriesAssist members with website login and email settingsProofread club communicationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required with a major in design, communications, marketing, or a similar field of study
Minimum of two years of experience in design and/or marketing/communicationsStrong written and verbal skillsExceptional organization, project management, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Attributes

Hours/Schedule:
This is a full-time position and typically works 30–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending on the season. We also offer the possibility of a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home up to two days a week, depending on business needs. Weekly hours and schedules may adjust according to business demands.
