It’s February, and to help you get in the loving spirit, Image Metrics has launched a new app called Valentine Videogram that lets you send cute video notes to your friends and loved ones.

The app lets you create Valentine’s Day-themed animations. To make an animation, you point your phone’s camera to take a photo. You can then add the image to one of three preset characters and backgrounds, which is automatically masked to your face. The app automatically  tracks your facial expressions and movements, animating this virtual Valentine.

You can make recordings of it to share. You can share the files via email and text, as well as through social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
