Whether you're trying to break a specific book and need to know its calendar or have a unique specialty and want to know when different mags will be covering it, this resource will be invaluable.Issues are listed below by cover date. Remember that there's always a lead time, from a few weeks for quick-moving weeklies to several months or more for long-lead monthlies and quarterlies. The Editorial Calendar Guide is a great starting point, but be sure to further investigate writers' guidelines for any publications you're trying to pitch.
