Six signs your new job is lousy

but the most important sign is missing: you work for CNN.

CNN Image Source, the network's footage archive, invited six sales agents and 1 manager to re-apply for their jobs or take a hike, last week. David Sheehan, who joined the network from ABC last month as VP for content imaging and sales, wasted no time in pissing all over marking his turf.

An insider told FBLA:

Two agents took the severance package the others applied for their jobs. Of those, only 1 was hired, the most recently hired agent. Everyone else had been here a long time and those were the ones who were shown the door.

CNN footage staffers had been able to work remotely, but will now have to work in Atlanta.

Consolidation seems to be the trend--ITN had closed its Los Angeles office last winter.
