Jennifer Weiner Serializes Story in Redbook

jenweiner1.jpgNovelist Jennifer Weiner will be serializing a story in Redbook this summer.

Here’s more about the story: “Part I of the story, entitled ‘The Half Life,’ runs in the magazine’s July issue. Weiner’s fans will devour this juicy beach read: the tale of Piper DeWitt, married, working mother of a four-year-old daughter whose life turns chaotic when her husband leaves, just as she is taking off on a two-week business trip to Paris. As fate would have it, her flight is cancelled and Piper embarks instead on an unexpected adventure … Readers and fans will have to wait until the August issue of REDBOOK to savor the second part of the story.”

As we reported earlier this month, Weiner inked a four-book deal with Atria Books. The deal came 10 years she signed a deal with the publisher for her first book, 2001′s Good in Bed.
