Shots appeared to be fired at a Fox News crew that was delivering a live report from Gaza. Earlier in the day it was reported that a Reuters cameraman suffered a leg wounded in a rocket attack in northern Israel.

It seemed that anyone associated with New York's new media resurgence was in Tribeca last night at the New York debut of Wired editor Chris Anderson's Long Tail. Anderson, who you could call the Al Gore of new media, ripped through a PowerPoint presentation that was simulcast throughout Tribeca Cinemas. Talking Head David Byrne who never met a PowerPoint he didn't like was there.
