Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Associate 1 Game Producer will begin contributing to the game development pipeline as an early-career production team member. This role supports coordination across disciplines to ensure that projects stay on track and meet quality targets. It offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production while helping deliver high-quality games to market.

Whether managing schedules, facilitating communication, or supporting development milestones, this role will assist in building a strong foundation in game production.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate schedules and track tasks to keep development aligned and on time
  • Support discipline leads by maintaining production workflows for gameplay feature development
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to internal stakeholders on project progress
  • Assist in identifying and resolving short-term and long-term production bottlenecks
  • Organize team meetings and maintain follow-up documentation to support cross-functional coordination
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation to improve predictability and project visibility
  • Contribute to a productive and collaborative development environment through effective communication and task tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years production experience either in school, personal projects, or work
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively as a mediator between all development disciplines
  • Ability to self-prioritize and execute with minimal supervision as well as leading by example
  • Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of ownership
  • Experience managing schedules and requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of various production methodologies
  • Agile or similar methodology background a plus
