Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Game Producer takes on a central role in driving game development forward with increasing leadership and accountability. This role oversees production pipelines across internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, at scope, and to quality expectations.
Building on prior experience in game production, the Game Producer leads cross-functional efforts, facilitates planning and communication, and removes blockers to help teams stay focused and aligned throughout the development cycle.
Essential Functions:
- Own production schedules and milestone tracking for assigned projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate across departments to support the implementation of key gameplay features and production goals
- Serve as a primary communication hub between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Identify and proactively address production challenges, risks, and inefficiencies
- Drive regular planning, status updates, and post-mortems to keep teams informed and aligned
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting tools that support transparency and predictability
- Champion continuous improvement in production workflows and cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in game development production
- Demonstrated ability to manage full production pipelines, including milestone planning and cross-discipline coordination
- Proven experience supporting multiple projects or teams simultaneously
- Strong project management and communication skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable operating with increasing autonomy and responsibility across disciplines
- Working knowledge of Agile or similar production methodologies
