
Main Job Functions:
E-Newsletters (Internal/External):
Internal: Edit digital weekly newsletters (using Poppulo). External: Create and manage production of promotional and operational emails (using Marketo) according to our brand guidelines and manage calendar of emails scheduled.
Social Media:
Manage social media channel (LinkedIn) through Sprout Social with impactful content/visuals and calendar of posts to increase # of followers (organically and sponsored). Create posts for social media (including interactive content) according to our brand guidelines.
Lead generation:
Ensure leads are distributed to the necessary sales role type. ABM Campaigns:
Partner with Marketing Managers to coordinate and optimize ABM campaigns. Virtual Events:
Market and manage virtual events (live and on-demand webinars, virtual booths, etc) with Livestorm platform. Secondary Job Functions: Coordinate production of digital ads, brochures and flyers. Assist with event and trade show collateral, promotion and logistics. Assist in managing digital archives. Assist in lead generation operations. Requirements: Must have 3-5 yrs minimum experience with SEO, PPC and/or social media marketing. Experience with Marketo (or similar platforms). Knowledge of the Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising platforms. Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications a plus. Solid experience in Adobe Photoshop, In-Design. Healthcare, medical diagnostics, pharma background preferred (or experience creating collateral for these clients).
