About the Role

We are hiring a Paid Media Specialist focusing primarily on Paid Social (85%) and secondarily on Google Ads (15%). This hands-on, performance-driven role is suitable for a marketer who can balance daily execution with strategic oversight.

You will manage and optimize Meta campaigns to generate high-quality leads for clinical trials, and support search/keyword strategies across Google Ads and website conversion efforts.

  1. Manage Meta campaigns (lead gen + traffic): daily optimizations, creative testing, audience targeting
  2. Launch campaigns aligned with study openings and geographic site activations
  3. Analyze lead performance and optimize for cost per screen and patient qualification
  4. Collaborate with creative teams to test ad formats, messaging, and assets
  5. Implement platform updates and new features to stay current with technology
  6. Build reports and performance summaries for stakeholders (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)
  7. 15% – Paid Media (Google Ads, Web Optimization): Manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max, aligning with study priorities and locations
  8. Optimize ad copy, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve lead quality and lower CPA
  9. Monitor keyword trends and search intent to refine messaging and landing pages
  10. Use tools like GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to analyze funnel performance and inform testing
  11. Support cross-channel retargeting and analyze interactions between paid social and search

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
  • Proven success in scaling lead volume and reducing CPL, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors
  • Experience with WordPress and landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, comfortable with data analysis and testing
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or patient recruitment
  • Basic on-page SEO knowledge (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)
  • Familiarity with WordPress, MailChimp, Zapier, CRIO, or similar tools
