Description
The successful candidate will develop an understanding of our standard processes and interconnect structures to assist with troubleshooting and FA of unit processes and/or completed interconnects. This position supports both externally and internally funded projects and may also involve other thin film/material characterization activities.
- Hands-on engineering resource for SEM/EDS analysis and sample preparation.
- Communicate results and concerns in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
- Accurately record and report data.
- Assist with standard troubleshooting protocols of Micross AIT processes.

Job Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
- A B.S., M.S., or PhD in physical science or engineering with experience in thin film/material characterization using SEM.
- Knowledge of wafer processes and basic device processing.
- Experience with metrology measurements, data recording, and presentation (PowerPoint) is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to generate reports.
- Strong analytical skills.
