Description
The successful candidate will develop an understanding of our standard processes and interconnect structures to assist with troubleshooting and FA of unit processes and/or completed interconnects. This position supports both externally and internally funded projects and may also involve other thin film/material characterization activities.
Hands-on engineering resource for SEM/EDS analysis and sample preparation.
Communicate results and concerns in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
Accurately record and report data.
Assist with standard troubleshooting protocols of Micross AIT processes.

Job Qualifications
US citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
A B.S., M.S., or PhD in physical science or engineering with experience in thin film/material characterization using SEM.
Knowledge of wafer processes and basic device processing.
Experience with metrology measurements, data recording, and presentation (PowerPoint) is a plus.
Job Skills
Excellent hands-on laboratory skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collect and analyze data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to generate reports.
Strong analytical skills.
