Job Overview

This position offers hands-on experience in video production and editing, contributing to Ohio's child welfare training programs. The assistant will help create, edit, and organize multimedia resources used in child welfare courses for Ohio's University Consortium of Child and Adult Services (OUCCAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Create and synchronize VTT caption files for training videos to ensure accessibility.
• Edit audio files, including trimming and noise reduction.
• Assist with on-set production tasks during video shoots.
• Organize and maintain media assets and project files.
• Support media transfer and backup activities.
• Assist in post-production tasks for course materials.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

• Interest or proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and related tools.
• Willingness to learn captioning workflows and accessibility standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in multimedia production, instructional design, or educational media.
