Tyto Athene is searching for a Unified Communications/Audio Visual SME to provide requirements, analysis, evaluation, and optimization recommendations and implementation for design, installation, interoperability, and maintenance of telephony, video teleconferencing, chat, IPTV, digital signage, mass notification, LMR, and AVMM architecture. The SME is also responsible for the technical direction of developmental and operational UC systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational guides
• Train government customers in proper use of UC systems
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UC systems
• Provide tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of UC systems
• Assist users in accessing and using UC systems
• Document hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures
• Coordinate hardware installations across multiple sites
• Maintain and develop environments for hardware and software build, staging, testing, and integration
• Apply concepts and define/implement hardware and software configuration management processes, including creating product build scripts and procedures
• Analyze complex hardware systems, design, architecture, network design, and other technical hardware issues
• Perform testing on equipment
• Provide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedial
• Deploy, install, and implement UC at CONUS and OCONUS locations
• Conduct site surveys
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and related documents
• Act as equipment custodian and perform inventory asset management
• Design UC solutions including multi-level security systems, enterprise collaboration systems, conference rooms, classrooms, command centers, digital signage, and streaming

Clearances Required

TS/SCI with Poly.

Education

Associate degree with two years of experience, or high school diploma with four years' experience, or a bachelor's degree with no work experience.
