Assist in designing and managing projects from concept to completion Draft conceptual/schematic CAD drawings and detail drawings Analyze and monitor all project documents, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings Ensure compliance of project documents with relevant codes and regulations and constructionstandards Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan and schedule Assist in facilitating communication among various teams, vendors, and stakeholders Compile and produce design packages, including refrigeration and equipment, with attention to detail Collaborate closely with the in-house interior design team and outsourced architect/engineer teamsAssist in developing prototypes with standardized layouts and construction systems/details Maintain records of all project activities, including engineering reports, contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes, and payment reports
