$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Here’s your chance to engineer digital infrastructure that’s both robust and rewarding.

What You’ll Tackle

  • Design, deploy, and maintain IP and fiber-based networks supporting high-speed broadband services
  • Optimize Headend, Central Office, and Customer Premise Equipment workflows
  • Automate network configurations and system performance monitoring
  • Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and remediation of complex service issues
  • Ensure reliability, security, and documentation across all broadband infrastructure
  • Plan fiber routes, survey installations, and collaborate with vendors and field teams
  • Elevate the customer experience through thoughtful support and technical clarity

Your Toolkit

  • 4+ years in enterprise networking; fiber experience strongly preferred
  • Strong grasp of VLANs, subnetting, IP provisioning, Layer 1–2 architecture
  • Experience with route planning, splicing maps, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with network automation, virtualization, and backup strategies
  • Comfort juggling field tasks and system management
  • Curiosity, communication skills, and a good sense of humor (seriously—it matters here)

Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the technical scope of the role, with opportunities for growth as the network expands.
