About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Creative to lead and inspire its creative organization across all customer touchpoints, including digital, catalog, and retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the creative vision and brand identity, championing a customer-first approach to storytelling, and leading the development of seasonal creative strategies that align with business goals. This role requires a strategic and conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to ensure creative excellence and consistency across all channels. The VP of Creative will also be tasked with managing a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration, and staying ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in visual storytelling and content creation. Applicants for the Vice President of Creative position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands. A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence across multiple channels is essential. The role demands an inspirational leader with excellent communication and presentation skills, who is highly collaborative and can influence across all levels of the organization. A passion for quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience is a key competency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or additional certifications in creative direction or brand strategy being a plus. Experience with heritage or purpose-driven brands is also advantageous.
