Executive Producer Job at Spirit Juice Studios in Chicago

The Executive Producer will serve as the primary point of contact for our key client(s) regarding the development, production, post-production, and final delivery of all projects. Reporting to the Director of Production, the EP will have direct authority over a majority of the producing functions throughout each phase of a production. The EP will work closely with Producers, Directors, and other team members to ensure that everything goes smoothly from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for our key client(s), including fielding client calls, onboarding new projects, and understanding client needs and processes. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project progress. Serve as the Quality Control Officer for all Key Client Projects, including scripts, title cards, lower thirds, etc., and recommend changes as needed. Review scripts for accuracy and suggest revisions as necessary. Monitor project progress and communicate any obstacles or challenges to team members. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain and track production schedules. Coordinate workflow between in-house staff and field teams. Participate in establishing and defining production planning processes with the Director of Production and the assigned Producer. Ensure the creative vision is effectively communicated across departments. Implement production resources to support projects. Proactively identify schedule challenges and propose solutions. Provide guidance and leadership to the production staff.
