Commercial Lines Producer (Remote/Hybrid - NY, NJ, PA, DE)
We're a growing, client-focused insurance agency seeking a high-performing Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. This role is hybrid, with some remote flexibility depending on the candidate's experience and proven track record. We're looking for someone who can work independently, hit the ground running, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new business opportunities in the middle market space.
- Lead the full sales process from prospecting to proposal, closing, and servicing.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, support staff, and carrier partners.
- Stay current on market trends, carrier appetites, and industry best practices.
- 5+ years of commercial P&C experience, with a strong generalist background.
- Proven track record in sales, client retention, and relationship-building.
- In-depth knowledge of all major commercial lines coverages.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Must reside in NY, NJ, PA, or DE.
- Active P&C license required.
- Existing book of business or ability to bring in business strongly preferred.
- Base salary commensurate with experience.
- Additional earnings potential through commission, performance-based bonuses, and potential equity opportunities.
- Compensation package may increase based on the size and quality of any book of business brought in.
