THE ROLE: Roller Rabbit is seeking an Associate Print Designer who specializes in graphics. You will work across all categories with a focus on casuals. This role requires a strong eye for color, print, and pattern with a deep understanding of the Roller Rabbit brand identity. Reporting to the Director, Print Design in conjunction with the Design Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design seasonal graphics, prints, and embroidery artwork across all categories with a focus on casuals, ensuring alignment with brand identity and creative direction.
• Research trends, concepts, and color to support seasonal storytelling and innovation across product categories.
• Develop print repeats and pitch sheets to guide factories and vendors from development through production.
• Support development of graphics and prints for partnerships, collaborations, store exclusives, and other special projects
• Render CADs for internal reviews and cross-functional meetings
• Maintain organization of strike-offs, design archives, and seasonal assets to ensure accurate tracking and efficient workflow
• Report to Director of Print in conjunction with Design Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or Textile Design
• 2-4 years experience in the surface design field
• Exceptional ability to create original artwork in a variety of media
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel (Procreate is a plus!)
• Demonstrates a strong eye for color, print, and pattern with a deep understanding of brand identity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with ability to anticipate and adapt to change
• Positive attitude with desire to learn and grow
