Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Print & Pattern Designer to create original, market-driven artwork for seasonal collections. While experience in home goods is a plus, candidates from apparel with strong print and design skills are welcome. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of textiles and a portfolio that showcases innovative and original work.

We are seeking a talented Print & Pattern Designer to create original, market-driven artwork for seasonal collections. While experience in home goods is a plus, candidates from apparel with strong print and design skills are welcome. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of textiles and a portfolio that showcases innovative and original work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate concept direction into cohesive and innovative print collections
• Develop print and pattern stories for soft home categories including throws, blankets, beach towels, pillows, and bedding
• Clean, color separate, and create multiple colorway options
• Work proactively according to the development calendar to meet deadlines
• Maintain and organize print and pattern archives
• Regularly research competitors and shop the market to stay informed on trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand and customer needs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or a related field
• 1–3 years of textile design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to design original artwork
• Experience developing products directly with factories is a plus, with knowledge of product development from concept to commercialization
• Strong understanding of textiles, fabrications, printing, and manufacturing techniques
• Knowledge of color theory and application
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
