About the Role
The Company is in search of a Communications Manager to join its Global Payments Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating messaging within the Digital & Design division, bringing a creative and analytical approach to internal communications. This role demands a strategic advisor who can influence senior executives and ensure that communications efforts align with business goals and the people agenda. The role requires a professional with a high level of independence, energy, and integrity, who is committed to the firm's standards of risk, compliance, and the Code of Conduct. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours is also necessary.
As a key member of the team, the Communications Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan, create a compelling narrative for the business, and identify key performance metrics. Close collaboration with various teams, including the Payments Management Team, senior product leaders, and other business functions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the marketing and communications field, with a preference for a degree in a related discipline. Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking skills are required, as is the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment. Experience in the technology industry and a solid understanding of technology organizations are a plus.
