Sr UX Content Strategist

The UX Content Strategist will plan the content strategy for our solutions, including form of delivery, governing the usefulness and usability of content, ultimately driving the intended experience, behaviors and business goals we set to achieve. The UX Content Strategist will work closely with the product design and delivery teams to bring the vision of the solution to life. What you'll do Collaborate with teams including UX Design, Content Writing, Experience, Product Management, and Marketing. Audit and assess current content ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities. Influence information architecture, site navigation, and user experience for new applications. Develop flexible content structures, including keyword-based content mapping. Use data to implement strategies that meet business goals. Create best practices protocols, content templates, and training manuals. Manage product taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content models, and migration plans. Design and implement content creation and governance workflows. All other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience leading content strategy in a professional services environment. Strong organizational skills and structured thinking. Understanding of content creation, best practices, and trends. Knowledge of content and design principles applied to service industries. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize. Experience with interaction design, UX principles, and information architecture. Experience with user journeys, personas, and research. Passion for storytelling and systems thinking. Experience in omni-channel strategy and healthcare industry preferred. Technical skills including MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and confidentiality awareness.
