ByEmployers.com Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility. About The Role The UX Content Strategist will plan the content strategy for our solutions, including form of delivery, governing the usefulness and usability of content, ultimately driving the intended experience, behaviors, and business goals. The strategist will work closely with product design and delivery teams to bring the vision of the solution to life. Responsibilities Collaborate with UX Design, Content Writing, Experience, Product Management, and Marketing teams to achieve organizational goals. Audit and assess current content and ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities. Influence information architecture, site navigation, and user experience for new applications. Develop flexible content structures, including mapping keyword-based content structures. Implement strategies using quantitative and qualitative data to meet business goals. Create best practices protocols, content templates, and author training manuals in collaboration with Marketing and UX teams. Maintain product taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content types/models, and migration plans; manage an editorial calendar. Design and implement content creation and governance workflows and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading content strategy, preferably in a professional services or healthcare environment. Strong organizational skills and experience with content creation and management tools. Understanding of content and design principles, user journeys, personas, and research. Experience with interaction design, information architecture, and digital content ecosystems. Passion for storytelling and systems thinking. Experience in omni-channel strategic development and healthcare industry preferred. Technical skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and confidentiality awareness.
