About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Marketing to spearhead the strategic growth of its brand. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, with a primary focus on enhancing brand awareness and driving top-of-funnel demand. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in the SMB and enterprise segments, and a deep understanding of performance marketing within a route-based, recurring revenue model. The VP, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, overseeing brand stewardship, and leading the team in all aspects of demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Experience in brand development, product management, and innovation, as well as a strong analytical and data-driven approach, are essential. Candidates for the VP, Marketing position at the company should be results-driven, curious, and resilient, with a collaborative and persuasive approach. The role requires a pragmatic, accountable, and adaptable individual with a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing leadership within a service-based, B2B industry, and a proven ability to drive growth through localized marketing strategies. Experience in agency oversight, and a strong understanding of analytics and attribution, are also key. While not mandatory, prior experience in a private equity-backed business and a focus on metrics-driven decision-making will be highly valued.
