MHW Search has partnered with a well-established Development/Investment/Brokerage firm in Houston that has been around for 30+ years. We are in search of a Director of Marketing to oversee all Development/Brokerage/Investment divisions. Please apply for more information.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the marketing division to ensure the team aligns with the company's revenue goals and team performance
• Develop and maintain marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, proposals, property listings).
• Coordinate with Makayla on tasks on the queue
• Review and approve marketing materials Makayla worked on before sending to the broker
• Graphic design- design marketing flyers as necessary mainly for the new development projects
• Ensure branding consistency across all platforms and marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and demographics
• Gather underwriting information to create for sale packages for new development properties (Rent Roll, Income/Expenses, Lease terms)
• Assist with JV Pitch Deck design for new development (create aerials, site plans)
• Create property comparison reports and competitive analyses using Sites USA, PlacerAi, Landvision, Crexi and Costar for the brokerage team (15)
• Design competitive maps for a potential users or franchise
• Oversee website content and ensure property listings are up to date and meeting branding standards using WordPress
• Ensure property listings are up to date on all platforms, HPI website, LoopNet, Costar, Crexi
• Gather and analyze listing performance metrics for the listings on LoopNet, Costar and Crexi
• Order photography and aerials as needed
• Manage property signage, including design, ordering, and installation routes for Houston, Austin, and DFW
• Submit ARC and city permits for temporary signage Houston, Austin, DFW
• Website maintenance and development- coordinate with Blue Atlas on maintenance and over all website performance.
• Provide and budget for accounts for the following broker tools: PlacerAi, CoStar, Crexi, LandVision, BuildCentral, Dropbox, and Adobe
• Assume the daily responsibilities of the marketing team during scheduled time off.
• Manage marketing “budgets” depending on the property we are enlisting and coordinate with vendors (Photography, Signage, Video Offering Memorandums)
• Review and submit vendor invoices

Multi-family

• Graphic design for all marketing collateral and signage
• Order prints and marketing materials as needed for each site
• Design and create landing pages to pre-lease
• Create property comparison reports and competitive analyses using Sites USA, PlacerAi, Landvision, Crexi and Costar for potential sites
• Design and update OM decks

Daily Duties:

• Coordinate the team using Asana task manager
• Develop and maintain marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, proposals, property listings).
• Review and assist the team on the tasks assigned for the day
• Graphic design- design marketing flyers as necessary to aid the queue
• Ensure property listings are up to date on all platforms, HPI website, LoopNet, Costar, Crexi
• Order signage requests

Side Tasks:

• Assist with IT issues
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees by issuing licenses for Adobe, Dropbox, and creating a signature block.
• New development monument renderings- keeping up with tenant’s placement on the monument signs
• Create Job ads and postings on ZipRecruiter and Indeed for corporate positions and the multifamily team
