Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Document customer concerns and relay information to service technicians.
• Prepare detailed service estimates and invoices for customers.
• Manage the scheduling of service appointments efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
• Provide information on vehicle maintenance, including shocks, struts, and tire services.
• Assist in automotive sales by providing product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Skills

• Proficient in service writing with the ability to suspend services as needed.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in transmisison repair and general vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with tire service techniques and procedures.
• Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Experience working alongside service technicians to ensure quality repairs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
