Responsibilities:

• Perform PLC programming in accordance with IEC 61131-3 standards, ideally using CODESYS.
• Design and commission motion control systems.
• Develop user-friendly visualizations (HMI/SCADA) for automation solutions.
• Integrate IIoT technologies such as MQTT, REST API, and OPC UA.
• Install and commission automation components, including fabrication of mechanical setups to replicate customer applications.
• Analyze and translate complex customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of automation systems.
• Conduct technical product training sessions and demonstrations.
• Lead automation projects independently, ensuring structured workflows and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for projects and products.
• Update and replicate demonstration systems and related presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with customers, sales, R&D, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across various project stages.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or equivalent qualification with proven industry experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years of presales support experience with strong technical expertise in:
  PLC programming (IEC 61131-3; CODESYS preferred)
  Motion control systems (servo drives, VFDs, gear systems)
  Visualization platforms (HMI/SCADA)
  Industrial networks and fieldbuses (IO-Link)
