Responsibilities:

In-House Support

• Configure and maintain office network equipment including routers, wireless devices, and printers.
• Provide basic IT support to internal employees.

External / Client-Facing

• Design and implement network and AV solutions for Bang & Olufsen products (speakers, TVs, multi-room systems, home theatres, and smart integrations).
• Configure networking, audio routing, and system controls (e.g., BeoRemote, B&O app, third-party home automation systems) and provide client guidance.
• Work from client layout drawings and conduct pre-installation site checks, assessing requirements for power, cabling, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure readiness.
• Handle documentation, administration, and installation of new programs; support Terminal Server.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and on-site technical assistance if remote support fails.
• Maintain detailed records of all installations and service visits, including network setups and configurations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in network and Audio/Video installation.
• Strong knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi/LAN; familiarity with UniFi, Pakedge, and ticketing systems like Zendesk preferred.
